Hope Town Academy

Three tracks. Four sessions each.

Teach. Discuss. Do. Built for teams who need AI literacy that holds up under real work.

Why three tracks

AI literacy is not one curriculum.

A program director making board-level decisions doesn't need the same training as a case manager drafting case notes — and neither of them needs what someone job-hunting needs. We built three tracks because AI means something different depending on who's in the room.

Every track runs the same way: four two-hour sessions, each one part teaching, part discussion, part hands-on work with your own material.

AI Readiness: General

A working foundation. By the end, your team isn't speculating about AI — they're using it, with the judgment to know when not to.

For
Any team starting from zero.
Format
Four 2-hour sessions. Teach, discuss, do.
Outcome
Your team can use today's AI tools in daily work — safely and well.

A plain-language model of how these tools work, what the last eighteen months actually changed, and where the hype stops matching the capability.

Writing, research, summarization, and structured output — practiced on your team's own documents, not a demo dataset.

What to automate, what to keep human, and how to keep a consistent voice when a tool is drafting for you.

What never goes into a prompt, how to check what comes back, and the habits that keep a team out of trouble.

Not sure which fits

We'll point you at the right starting place — or build something custom if none of the three is right for your team.
